I was going over my D statement and I see a charge for "Advanced Receiver HD" charge for $10.00 and then another Charge for "Advanced Receiver DVR Charge" for $8.00. I knew there was a DVR charge but what is this $10 charge?
I am getting concerned about how high my monthly bill is getting.

That's the old hd access charge. Different name, same charge.
