Is it that you can't get to the website at all, or that it does not recognize your login and password? If you can't get there at all, you might try using Open DNS on your home PC instead of the ISP-assigned DNS (http://opendns.org). If it doesn't accept your login info, then you might want to make sure you type in your login and password information. Note that D* is moving away from a "username" as the login name and instead using your e-mail address.

I would think maybe it’s a browser setting, but you say you’ve tried many different browsers. I would suggest the process of elimination. Do you have another computer you can use at home? Are you using a router, or is your home PC connected directly to your ISP’s modem? If you are using a router, you might try taking it out of the loop and connect directly to the modem to make sure it’s not causing the problem. What about firewall/security software? Try disabling that. Do you have software from your ISP loaded on your PC – thinks like their spam and phishing filters? Some of that stuff can be pretty bad.
