For over a month now I've been unable to login to directv.com from home. No problem at work, at my wife's work and CSR logged in from their comp. I've used Firefox, Safari, and IE and tried every possible troubleshooting method. I have no problems on any other webpage. After several calls, countless hours and various transfers a D* computer "expert" finally blames my ISP. Is there any truth to that? Has anyone else heard of this or had similar problems?

FYI My ISP is some mom and pop wireless provider, but I know my ip address is leased out from Charter Communications.

Is it that you can't get to the website at all, or that it does not recognize your login and password? If you can't get there at all, you might try using Open DNS on your home PC instead of the ISP-assigned DNS (http://opendns.org). If it doesn't accept your login info, then you might want to make sure you type in your login and password information. Note that D* is moving away from a "username" as the login name and instead using your e-mail address.
I've tried both the old login and the new full email address. I guess that answers about whether I can get the page to load or not. Like I said my login works on other computers, just not my home pc. The page acts as if it were loading and eventually times out.
