Under "To Do" check the "Recording History". It should tell you if something didn't record, why it didn't record.
From what you posted, my guess would be that you have a full "Now Playing" list and everything is marked "Keep Until I Delete". If everything in your play list is KUID and your drive is full, it won't record any new programs.
