I don't want to presume, but is this device jail broken, or has it been jail broken?
DirecTV iPad app can't find receivers
Hi,
After updating to the recent v1.5.0 version of the DTV iPad app I can no longer see any of my 3 HD-DVRs. When I go to the settings section they are not listed.
All three DVRs are internet connected, pass all tests and can download on-demand content.
My iPad is in my WiFi network and the IP, subnet mask and gateway are all right for my LAN.
What am I missing?
Additional: I have an HTC EVO phone with a DTV app installed and it works fine. It sees all 3 DVRs. Also, another iPad in the house with the same v1.5.0 iPad app works fine too.

Again, I'm not speaking out against jailbreaks, but I know that with jail broken tablets you will generally have reduced function or no function at all.
