If you check your account online you should see DIRECTV OnDemand in the services. If it isn't there then the CSR must have screwed it up like you said.iowaberg said:

It even does it on channels like CNN. Do I have to call D* or will a reset do it? The only thing I can thing what caused this is a csr did some programming changes (Sunday Ticket) yesterday and she forgot to add the on demand feature back on?
