I am now on hold waiting for a supervisor after responding to a telemarketing computer call that I just received. I spoke to the telemarketing clone who answers these incoming calls generated by the computer and asked several questions. First I asked about Superstations, specifically WSBK and KTLA. He informed me that these stations are included in the lowest basic package that DirecTv markets. He then volunteered that I could get locals from nearly anywhere in the country. I asked if I could get my old Minneapolis locals here in Florida, to which he replied "Yes, that would be no problem at all".

I am still waiting for a supervisor, although someone just came on and said (I believe) "Prime TV, please hold".

She came back to the phone now. It is Prime TV out of North Carolina. She just stuck me back on hold when I started asking more questions. First question was do you sub out the telemarketing calls or are they generated from within the company. No answer, just more hold time.

Just as I thought, I got passed on to someone else's answering device that said "this is Tim I am not available, please leave a message" to which I hung up.

That is almost as good as the E* door to door salesman telling me that my Ultimatetv receiver would work with Dish Network. Where do they find these clowns?!
