What's up with the black HR20? Did I miss that announcement?

The software section talks only about the Viiv server, but there's some good info on networking and the HR20 operation.
Also - note that it does promise streaming video in the future!

It's most likely a unit that only developers and other special people at DirecTV get. Nothing going to resale.

It a newer one, that is not avialable yet.

what a shame... that sleek black bezel sure would compliment my Pioneer plasma.

I think there's even a new color: graphite (sort of looks like stainless but blacker). Depends on the Bridge or Gaming Adapter. I have a Buffalo Wireless Bridge that required some configuration of both the wireless settings and also of the local network.Milominderbinder2 said:I just went to Best Buy and bought it!

A lot will depend on how secure you have your wireless access point/router. If you are not broadcasting SSID, have WEP enabled, or MAC address limitations or dare say all three you will have to configure the adapter.
