No, that link is dead. It goes to cyberlink and it say the page was not found. :sure:

The link is dead because the beta is currently closed and requires a CE firmware. Head over to the CE section for more details or wait for the beta to become generally more available which will probably be a couple weeks at least because the current CE needs to go NR and get out to everyone first.
