Discovery, N.Y. Times Team for Focus: Iraq
Appearing on Oct. 11, from 6 p.m. -2 a.m. EST, the Discovery Civilization Channel, a joint venture between Discovery Communications and The New York Times Co., will present "Focus: Iraq," eight hours of topical specials that examine both the current tensions in the Persian Gulf and the history of conflict in the region. Included in the programming will be the network premiere of the jointly produced CNN/The New York Times special, "Showdown: Iraq."
