Very Nice.....I'm looking forwad to having this upgrade on the 721.

The customer service app is now working also (at least on my 4900 it is). It's pretty cool; you can view your statement, pay your bill (via credit card) and add a la carte programming too. The one obvious omission is the ability to drop channels (you can add but not drop). Just like the rest of the Open TV apps, it is painfully slow, however.
