anyone know who I can complain to at Dish for this?

They attempted to do an HD upgrade on my system today..took my dish 500 down ..put up a dish 1000..instead of using the same cables that were perfectly fine and ran straight down from the old dish into my house they went the long way around with new cables by tie wrapping them to a gutter down spout then along the back of my house and left the old ones hanging off the roof!!! Needless to say I have no signal and they just left and said they would have to send someone back tomorrow. the guy did not even attempt to aim the dish ..just plunked it onto the old mast. I cant beleive they would come out (late I might add)..spend 5 hrs completely destroying an existing working system like that and just leave. The guy was here until 10:30 pm
I am shocked beyond belief and am wondering how to take my complaint up the ladder as this tech has no business working at peoples homes and my old setup that worked for 7 years flawlessly is totally messed up.

Im impressed..someone from the CEO office called me..there was a guy out right away and fixed the problem.plus i got a 50 buck credit on my account...
outstanding..the high def looks awesome..even the locals through the dish look great
