Dish DVR Advantage pricing question

That sounds suspiciously like the "additional outlet fee" you get charged if you don't have your receiver plugged into a phone line. Since yes you are correct the DVR fee is included as part of the DVR Advantage pack, if it weren't you'd actually be charged $5.98 for DVR service. So do you have your receiver plugged into a phone line?

Yes, it is plugged in.

Does it tell you on your bill, that you have the Dish DVR Advantage At200? If so, call a CSR and complain.

I just had a chat with a CSR. When I signed up for Dish DVR Adv back in March, the CSR didn't process it correctly. I always wondered about the $5.98 fee, but never questoned it. I'm on th plan now and the CSR submittied a request for a credit to my account for the last 5 months. Thanks for everyone's help. I will follow up with the credit to my account.

question how is your service when it rains, storms etc... i am a new customer changing from time warner

I was with Dish 6 years, maybe had 12 rain outages. Then I was with TWC 6 years, maybe had 12 "signal" outages. Switching back to Dish in 2 days. Fewer cash outages.
