award.. Not sure what you mean but I will try and answer what I think you are asking.

If you sub to locals in your area you also get HD locals for what Dish provides. You don't need an OTA antenna, but if you can pick up the signal it is worth it since it provides you with a 3rd source for local HD content.

If you only have a 625 and are looking to upgrade to HD (as your PS seems to indicate). You would need an ota for you HD locals and a model 942 (if keeping two tuner dvr with just sd package, 921 would work if you don't want seperate outputs for two tv's.) A seperate 811 would work as a non-dvr single tuner (dish is using a different model number if getting from them.) If you want the HD package (platinum, gold, silver or bronze) then you would need either a 622 or 211/411 with a satillte upgrade. These models would work with ota antennia as well.
