What about the channel change to the Digital format that the FCC is making these new tv sets in 2004 36 inch ablove and all by 2007? What if these channels change to this new digital format, are the current receivers able to actually receive the Digital format and if so can the analog be changed back to digital once again for the tv sets or will the consumers have to purchase new receivers?

How does the digital TV signal we get on Dish Network compare with the SDTV (I think this the correct term--I mean the over the air low end digital signal)?
