I just got a call from these people telling me that my cable company, which she could not even name (she had my zip and there is only one franchise in the whole friggen city of Lafayette) was going to raise prices by 15$/month because congress just yesterday mandated it...I asked her to site me the bill name, the law, the HR# or anything she said that I should look it up for my own damn self!

I went on to say that it was kinda 2-faced when Dish is in the process of raising their prices: she said I did not have a clue what I was talking about. she even said "maybe you should talk to some dish users about their billing" little did she know that I just so happened to be reading DBSTalk at that exact momenent...
