I currently have the older HD dish, with 2 H10-250's. I want to get a new HD dvr, but will I have to upgrade the dish to use it? Also, if I upgrade the dish, will my H10-250's stop working?

I dont really care about the HD locals yet, so its more a question of compatibility than programming. Thanks in advance.

The H10s will work with a 5 LNB dish, just as they do with the 3 LNB dish. Likewise, the HR20 will work with a 3 LNB dish, giving you the same coverage as you get with the H10 (however you should probably get the 5 LNB dish while it is free with the HR20, which might not be the case later).
