NEW YORK, Aug 15 (Reuters) - EchoStar Communications Corp. (DISH), the No. 2 U.S. satellite television company, rose after it reported that it swung to a second quarter profit against a year-earlier loss, helped by subscriber growth at its Dish Network service.
