I use a Mac running OS X 10.8 and Safari as my browser. I can access my DVR and start watching a program, but if I press the skip button, the screen freezes for a few seconds, says something about checking the quality of my connection (I'm at over 40Mbps) and then resumes playback. Process takes 7 seconds total, and that's what the skip button does... Freezes for 7 seconds and then resumes playback 7 seconds forward in the program. Gee, thanks!

Any ideas?

I tried it again this morning and it worked fine. The only difference I can tell is that I was watching an event as it was recording yesterday, but it is finished recording this morning.
