I thought I remembered that the Sat Home Viewer act had some sort of protection for those of us that have networks that don't broadcast digitally by a certain date. (6/1/06?)
I live in a very small market and our CBS affiliate doesn't even broadcast digitally and doesn't look like they have any plans to. The NBC,ABC and Fox affiliates are only broadcasting low-power and don't have any plans to increase that. The owners file waiver after waier with the FCC.
Is there any hope other than "moving"?
