Distress notification

I service several hotels that use DirecTV for their free-to-guest programming. As I expected, the guest complaints to the lobby desks are just now coming in. I sent a hastily composed e-mail to those properties telling them to expect more calls and promising them I'd be coaching them further on what to tell the guests. For now, I sent them this URL for their staffs to educate themselves.


Can anyone from DirecTV furnish me with any more links to web pages that might be useful to these hotel reception desks? I could also use a complete affected channel list.
