I just got email saying I'd be losing DNS in a week (again) and I should contact All American Direct (again) but I'll lose HD in any case (also again).

What happened this time?

I'm debating whether to call AAD or try the "snowbird flag" again. AAD dropped me in the middle of the night, without warning, last time around and changing service locations only worked about half the time when I tried that.
