With L5.11, if you scanned for local OTA channels but did not subscribe to locals, the next day would find your 722 hung at "3 of 5" on the "Scanning for satellites" screen.

Anyone know if this was fixed in L5.12? I don't want to have to factory reset my 722 if this is still broken and don't actually need to have my 722 tune locals at this point.

the OTA channels will show up and be usable but no guide info.

Yes, they'll show up but will the box hang the next morning?

That was the issue with L5.11.

I don't care about guide info, I just don't want to have to factory reset the 722 for it to be usable again.

Another way to put the question. Anyone have OTA, L5.12, and your OTA does not have guide info (Do not sub to locals)? Does your box lock up each night on acquiring signal? If it does not, did it with L5.11 (if you had L5.11).
