I believe that is the result of the 118 rcvr software update.
DP7200 guide now shows 129 side locals
Yesterday (Wed., 08/29) our two 7200 Dishplayers' guides began listing the seven Philly locals received from the 129 satellite. Of course, we cannot actually receive these seven stations on the DPs but it is nice to be able to search the schedule for upcoming programming on these locals.
When we want to record from one of the seven side locals, we record them on a SA Tivo connected to a 301. The Tivo subscription was canceled when the price increased in February so all Tivo recordings are done manually (no Tivo listings). It is nice to be able to search for the programming on the DP to set up a program for Tivo.

This was a requirement that the FCC mandated to E* regarding putting some locals on wing satellites. It was required to work like this on EVERY receiver E* currently uses.
