I posted to another thread that is 15 pages long and saw no resolutions. Does anyone know what's going on? After switching one of my H10s to an HR20 I have lost the ability to view one of my local HD stations.

Zip: 31601 (Tallahassee Market)
Channel#: 40.1/40-2
Call-Sign: WTWC-DT (NBC)
Description of Problem: Program Guide is there; No signal - 771 error
Notes : Receives well on the H10. Receive all local HDs on the H10 - HR20 has dropped 40-1 & 40-2.

I have a nearly 100% signal strength on the H10 and 0% on both tuners of the HR20. More software bugs?

Was it previously showing "The Tube"?

If so, SBG, the company that owns that station removed The Tube from all its affiliates.

I stated that it comes in fine on my H10 - the HR20 has dropped the signal.

WTWC is broadcasting at 54MHz (channel 2). The HR20 seems to be incapable of tuning stations at that frequency.

While I can't imagine that it is a hardware limitation, DirecTV seems to be either disinterested or unable to fix it.
