Don't know if this is the right forum, but here goes. I have 3 DTV receivers that haven't been used in about 5 yrs. They are, an H20-600, H10, and a Hughes GAEBOA. Are these receivers still usable or are they considered outdated. If outdated, then there's no sense in keeping them or even selling them or giving them away. But if they're still good to go, then maybe I can find someone who wants them and will make use of them.

Word has it that support for receivers that don't support the Advanced Program Guide (the ones that say "please wait-retrieving guide") will be phased out by the end of the year. We'll see since I still have my Hughes HIRD (OLDER than your GAEBO) in service!! I use it for listening to Sonic Tap which it does very well.

Receivers with RID's (receiver ID numbers) not only can be reactivated on YOUR account, but if you OWN them they can be sold and activated on someone else's account for the payment of $20 for a new card.
