DTV service call

I received a call today today from DTV stating they noticed some weak signals on my satellite in my living room. So they had me run thru each satellite to se the signals on each tuner then checked my software for the latest version which I had. I told them of a couple of searching for satellite issues we have had on clear days and not recording shows at times. Now they are going to send out a level 2 tech to just check the setup and cables. Are they doing this for a lot of people. I did not have DTV set my dish up. I had the guy who did my home theater set up do it and never had any problems other than software issues.

Yes the are coming Oct.20 by me it is legit
