After 10 years with Directv I decided to switch to Dish for a Hopper +3x Joey install that was scheduled for this morning (8-12). Multiple contact points by Dish to insure that I'm here in the morning, and I took a day off from work, of which I have a very limited number of days available.
I confirmed by phone at 8:15 that the install arrival was showing 8:35 for arrival....but no one shows up. At 11:00 a.m. no phone calls, I call Dish, and the online info now shows the install scheduled for 12:53 to 4:35 afternoon install. No one from Dish called to notify me of this change, I had to call them.
Not impressed with their service scheduling or ability to keep customers informed of changes.
