Lately I have experienced a sync (or kind of jerkiness in the picture) of several programs I have DVRed. Last night I watched "Revenge" and there was this jumpy movement of the images while the audio seemed OK. Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks.

Try doing a menu reset of the sat box:

Menu > Settings > Restart > Restart Receiver (do not do a reset all)

I've seen this on my boxes a few times as well. Hitting the 6 second jump back button once or twice usually cures it for me. If not, exit the program and go back into it. One of these has always fixed it for me.
