I'm watching the Eagles/Colts game on my Nashville MPEG4 local, and I'm seeing the colors shift on the field shots - especially when the green of the field is onscreen at the same time as the blue of one of the coaches.

Anyone else seeing this? It's just a slight phasing of the color, like the encoder is trying to decide exactly what color to encode that part of the screen. Then in about 1/4 of a second, it reverts back to 'normal'. It only seems to happen on the field shots, including the 'main' camera (rarely) and the overhead wire camera (often). Even the endzone cameras are showing it, but none of the commercials or graphics seem to be affected.

What the heck? Is this an artifact of MPEG4, or is it happening elsewhere, even OTA?
