Is echostar 11 live and working yet? If not when? Also will more hd national channel be coming from the 110 location? It seems to me if so Dish should be announcing the additonal channels promised by the end of year. I am just concerned with all these lawsuits. losing att in Feb 09 and less new subs it dont seem like much of a smart business move not to announce something even if it not to December. I dont see how they can improve their subs numbers? I am just wondering if Charlie might be considering selling Dish at the least the programming part and keep the hardware side.

Echostar 11 has been up and working since the end of August. Charlie did promise new HD with it, but who knows why it hasn't come.

I highly doubt something will be announced for December now. They have to get agreements first. And if they get agreements, why wait until December?
