I heard that there will be a Echostar 9 (a.k.a. Telstar 13),
at 121° and it will be a hybrid C/Ku/Ka Bird.
( 2 Ka tps, 32 Ku tps and 24 C tps )
Is ther Launch still scheduled for October 2002 ?
BTW: I think I recall that this Satellite will not be used for DBS.
