NEW YORK, Oct 21 (Reuters) - EchoStar Communications Corp. (nasdaq: DISH - news - people) and Hughes Electronics Corp. (nyse: DISH - news - people) on Monday are expected to make concessions in their embattled merger plan, the Wall Street Journal reported in its online edition on Monday.
The changes to the plan are expected to cover both satellite-broadcast spectrum and distribution arrangements, the paper said, citing industry officials.
