I have to wait eight days for installation? This is madness.

My choice of installation time windows is 10a-3p or 12p-5p. What kind of choice is that? Do they deal with a lot of late sleepers?

You could have had to have a new dish by E* installed to receive all locals earlier this year. The install times were measured in months, not days.

This is just a testament to how much demand there must be in your location.

If you're somewhat handy, you could do a self-install. It really isn't that difficult. Looks harder than it actually is.

Some people in Buffalo, NY had to wait 1 month before DTV could be hooked up. Once locals where turned on more and more people are switching from cable to satellite.
