is there a way you can email to text to a number without knowing the service provider ie 111-222-3333??? i did some looking online but didnt c anything?

You can determine the likely cellular provider at http://www.telcodata.us/search-area-code-exchange-detail but that won't work if the number has been ported to another provider.
