We just became new Dish Customers this month. As part of our new deal we will get All the movie networks free for 3 months. We originally subscribed to the Americas 200pack. Since I have upgraded to Americas 250 pack. I have the option set in my online account to cancel the movie channels after the 3 month period. But in my online account it says I have subscribed to Americas everything pack. The online chat guy assured me i was subscribed to americas 250 but my online account says otherwise.
So what do i do?? Will this be a problem when i try to change it in 3 months??
Can the DIRT Team look into this for me?
