We just became new Dish Customers this month. As part of our new deal we will get All the movie networks free for 3 months. We originally subscribed to the Americas 200pack. Since I have upgraded to Americas 250 pack. I have the option set in my online account to cancel the movie channels after the 3 month period. But in my online account it says I have subscribed to Americas everything pack. The online chat guy assured me i was subscribed to americas 250 but my online account says otherwise.

So what do i do?? Will this be a problem when i try to change it in 3 months??
Can the DIRT Team look into this for me?

The system can not give you the Top250 AND all the premium movie channels because that would be technically overcharging you. Even though you are getting them free. It becomes the Everything Package which is Top250 and all premiums movies.

I have seen this scenario posted before, and I do believe after the three months it will return to the Top250, when you cancel the movies, but you will want to follow up on that and make sure.

The system recognizes the movie channels along with the Americas Top 250 as the Americas Everything package. When the Free premiums roll off your account will show that you are subscribed to the correct package. This is correct.

The difference between the AEP and the Top250 are the premiums, when the website sees that you have the premiums on it thinks you have the AEP.
Theres no issue :)

?? Sometimes a channel is wrong in a package on the website, but that's not the concern. He is going by what's on his bill, but it had to be manipulated to make it correct.
