I'm getting the code 771 only on my international channels, other channels are fine. What seems to be the issue? This is all happening to all the receivers and I tried a reset but it's still the same.

More than likely it's a simple alignment issue with your 95W World Direct ODU. However, one of the worst engineering designs was with the World Direct LNB. The F-81 connector faces straight down, collecting much more moisture than it would if it were oriented horizontally, so that's a possible corrosion issue. Especially if it's not weather sealed.

If it's an intermittent issue, then it's either an alignment problem, a LOS problem, or a corroded fitting/damaged cable problem. There's probably not a whole lot that can be done today.

If you want to 'get a leg up on the situation'. Take a 7/16 Wrench, or a crescent wrench, loosen the fitting on the World Direct LNB. Take it off to see if it's corroded. If it is, then when the tech calls to confirm the appointment, make sure to let him know.

I'll just wait on Tuesday for the tech, but thanks anyway. I don't really watch those channels that much anyway but my parents does so I guess they'll have to wait until Tuesday.
