If it's an intermittent issue, then it's either an alignment problem, a LOS problem, or a corroded fitting/damaged cable problem. If you want to 'get a leg up on the situation'. Take a 7/16 Wrench, or a crescent wrench, loosen the fitting on the World Direct LNB. Take it off to see if it's corroded. If it is, then when the tech calls to confirm the appointment, make sure to let him know.
