Maybe the HD sources (like RSNs) won't give ESPN permission to use their feeds. You would think they would show HD highlights, but I'm guessing it is legal and monetary issues.
ESPN Baseball Tonight: where's the HD?
Why does ESPN rarely use HD highlights on Baseball Tonight? If we can get the HD feeds via EI, then surely they can.

I'm watching BTN right now and they had a FSN Florida HD feed. I thought for a second they got a deal done with Fox Sports to show HD highlights but all the others were in SD.
