When? Right now? Or in general?

If it is right now, can't tell yah.
In general it is in sync.

Try pausing for about 2 seconds, and then starting playback.

Seems 24-7, Earl...I even tried the pause trick. It seems just off, barely, but you know how it is...once you think you see it, you always are looking. lol

Does NOONE else notice this? All other channels are fine.
Going optical to my integra amp, I am seeing some lip sync issues (not awful, but very noticable...I've seen it worse on ESPN-HD). If I go straight HDMI to my Sammy, it is nearly impossible to see it.

This was a few mins ago on the VT/Clemson FB game

Thanks hasan, yea it's not awful, but now I see it...it bothers me lol. Regular ESPN on 206 is fine & ESPN2-HD even seems fine.

During games it's hard to tell, like now. It is noticable during Sportscenter, Gameday, & even commercials....whenever you see people talk.

Kinda hard to diagnose lip-sync issue, without the lips, eh?

(I had to wait for a commercial to give you the feedback from a few minutes ago)

I was watching the Erin Andrews interview with Lee Suggs a few minutes ago and it was in sync on both in HD on the HR20 and my old Sony SD box, but the HR20 is hooked up with the HDMI directly.

My receiver does not have HDMI inputs, your receiver may be adding to the delay. Since mine is not going through another box and in-sync that would be my thought.

I've noticed the syc problem on ESPN HD but it is very slight. Seems like when I change channells and gfo back it corrects itself for a while. I ususlly watch sports on there so its less of a problem but it does get annoying.

I'm watching sportscenter during commercials of the ballgame and it seems fine now but then again once it's out of sync you always think it's out of sync even when it's not
