ESPN Surround Channels Dropped

Has anybody else noticed that the main ESPN station (206 here in Toledo) has been dropping its surround channels during live broadcasts? During commercials the surrounds are active. The surrounds are working correctly on ESPN2 and ESPNU. Last night during the Baylor/KU game when they came back from commercial you could hear the crowd noise in the surrounds but as soon as they went to the action on the court the audio was dropped from the surrounds. I first noticed this issue during the Champs Sports Bowl back on December 29th.
