ESPN test 9323?

I turned my tv on and it was on ESPN, the game is blocked out because I get SNY. But then it did it's game search feature and told me it could take me to another channel that would have the game. I thought it would be 625 but it took me to 9323. The channel doesnt show up on my guide but it is an ESPN feed. I wonder if this is a test of an Mpeg4 feed. It also could be absolutely nothing.
