Last night's baseball game on ESPN2 (209HD & 209SD) was blacked out on one of my HR20-700's. My two other receivers (HR20-700 & H21-200) showed the game on 209.

The blacked out receiver auto search function would take me to channel 72 and show the game.

I contacted the tech department and they resent programming and had me perform a reset. No change. Case escalated to tech coordinator.

My setup is as follows:

HR20 (blacked out) - current SW, SWM, networked, no phone line
HR20 - current SW, SWM, networked, phone line
H21 - current SW, SWM, not networked, no phone line

The phone line is the only variable different on the HR20's, and I am not experiencing the issue on the H21 without a connected phone line.

Any ideas other than the phone line?

I haven't experienced the issue with other MPEG4 channels, but prior to going MPEG4, ESPN would sometimes blackout a game and Game Search would take me to a RSN outside of my area because I have MLB EI.

I am somewhat aware of MLB's territorial blackout rules, but each time a game was blacked out on D*, I could view the game on my local cable channel. When I contacted D*, they confirmed that I was outside of the RSN's territory and had no idea why I couldn't view the game.

The Game Search switch to MPEG2 channel 72 was interesting. The D* tech was stumped and therefore escalated the issue to a coordinator. Still waiting to hear from them.
