Expressvu admits security leak numbers

Expressvu has confirmed to the Canadian Cable Association that it has never activated over 9% (greater than 100,000) of the receivers that it has sold.
In addition greater than 100,000 units are on basic service. Since Bell Basic does even include US networks or even all Canadian OTA services, most of these are known to be hacked as well.
Since the Supreme Court outlawing foreign dishes in Canada, the RCMP has laid 0 (as in zero) charges. Industry Canada says that this is not their responsibility. So finally, the Canadian government has heard the voter/taxpayer: Tell Bell Canada to get their act together and stop their own security problems.
