Extra Innings Redbutton info wigging out

Some of the standard def channels that have the "Push the red button for mlb info" graphic are acting funny, i have an H21

It seems like it's trying to bring up the info on some of the mlbEI channels but it doesn't come up, resulting in a bouncy screen which i can't figure out how to stop

Is there a way to disable the interactive feature on this receiver?

EDIT: My hr20 isn't doing it on the same channel so possibly a receiver issue, damn these stupid interactive things, i wish i could disable them entirely,

Double edit: :) my regular non hd reciever in the other room is having the same problems receiving the interactive date on channel 722 so it could be a d* issue i think actually

Try hitting exit when you tune to the channel. That is the only way to stop the interactive stuff from loading.

BTW, the interactive stuff doesn't load on HD EI channels.

I know, i'm watching the hd channel but sometimes i have to watch the non hd channels and the interactive isn't loading on some of them but the receiver keeps trying to find it which in turn makes the screen bounce a bit while it searches, only with the h21 though.

No interactive coming thru on any of my channel 722's in the house, really weird

EDIT: I did hammer the EXIT button while it trying to load and it did finally stop the bouncing so maybe that's a short term fix , thanks dude

What happens if you hit the exit button as soon as you tune the station? That should stop the attempted load of the interactive data.
