I just got a new car that plays DVD audio in DTS & Dolby audio formats. The DVDs that play audio in 5.1 is recognized as a DVD-V by my car stereo and therefore blacks out the video screen while driving. To see the menu and select the songs I want to play, I must have the vehicle in Park.
So, I want to extract the DVD audio from the disc, retain the DTS or Dolby audio formats. And then burn to a DVD Audio disc. That way, my car stereo will recognize the DVD audio format and I can select the songs as normal.
I found software to extract the files, but struggling with software that will create the DVD Audio with the DTS file format. Anyone have any knowledge of this that would help accomplish my task?
Thanks.
