Fast Forward on Fox Splits the Screen

Hi,

For the past several months I've had an unusual problem on one of my HR-21s. I've only noticed it on the one box because it only happens on Fox and this is the box I record the networks on.

Whenever I fast forward (2,3,4) or 30 Slip, the bottom 85ish% of the screen freezes. Just a band on the top looks normal. When the commercial changes to the next one the main section of the screen will update the frame then freeze again.

Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it?

Thanks.

There is no fix and it appears to affect certain 720p stations. I get it occasionally on my FOX and ABC locals via OTA. Happens on both my HR20 and my HR22's w/AM21's attached.
Interesting. Our ABC station is 720p but I never see it there. Our Fox station is 1080i and does it 95% of the time.

Oh well.

Do we expect it will be fixed "some day"?

Edited to correct: I guess Fox is 720p after all. But still, I never see it on ABC which is also 720p.
I have seen this phenomenon periodically over the last year or two, so this isn't something new. I definitely see it on Fox, but can't recall whether I have seen in on ABC. On Fox, it occurs both on the DirecTV feed, and on the OTA feed. I say this because this indicates it is not a DirecTV signal issue (although it may well be a DVR bug). It occurs on my HR23, but not on my HR24. Regardless, it's one of those things that are minor enough that I have learned to live with it.

I was gonna say, I don't believe there are any FOX stations in 1080....:D
