Hi

Has anyone had issue's with the Hopper switching from your favorites list to the "all channels" list. I've set the favorites saved it and the next day i've been switched back to all channels. My favorites list is still intact.

Yea, it looks like it is reset every time the box is rebooted.

My vip922 does it with the nightly upgrades. Since the Hopper is built on the 922 software frame one could reasonably assume that's the deal.

Dish has in the past stated that this is "expected/intended" behavior for the 922... even though it doesn't do it every night, just about half the time... I expect that to be their stance for the Hopper/Joey as well.

I really don't understand it, but that's what I've been told more than once when complaining about it.
