So I set my hr34 to record The Daily Show. I set it for first run only and keep 3 at most. I just noticed that since I did this a week ago, it recorded 3 shows for 3 days and then just quit. Have I done something incorrectly I wonder? Surely it should record a new episode each time one is aired and delete the oldest to keep the total count at 3 shows, not just record 3 and stop unless I delete one. Is this how it works for everyone else?

The Daily Show and Colbert Report shows this week are all reruns. Last First Run episodes were last week Tues, Weds, and Thurs.

Ah. Ok, so it should work as I am expecting it to once new ones come out? I sure hope so as I was pretty worried there for a bit. shoulda checked history I guess!

Yea, I have both shows set on my HR34 (you really want 4 days, since they run M-Th), but I havent missed one yet.

Check the Series Manager, I am showing 6 upcoming scheduled episodes right now on mine. You should have at least 4 (the ones next week)
