I have had my HR20 since 12/22/06. My biggest problem to date other than the daily unplpug and restart, is the fact that all episodes of a "Season Pass" record even though the choice is set to first-run only. D-TV has had me re-format the hard drive twice so far. Any suggestions?

Try removing the Series Links and re-entering them. If that doesn't work, then the guide data is probably bad, and the box can't tell they are re-runs. Just because the text returned by the Info button says it's a repeat, doesn't mean the data stream that actually controls the HR20 is saying the same thing. We've seen this many times before.
