So I posted a few weeks ago about coming back to DirectTV after a long hiatus. Had cable, then Dish for the past 6 years. Immediately after the install I was having problems with pixellation, audio drops and frozen receivers due to packet loss and data transmission problems. You guys asked me to post my signal readings and then told me some of the transponders were showing low. Long story short, I finally called Direct last Sunday and they offered to send a tech out the next day. Since I work all week I postponed the visit until today. The tech came out and immediatley saw things he didn't like. He fixed those, put on a new LNB, re-aligned the antenna, then left me with a DVR to replace one of my receivers, free of charge. I am very happy with what I've been seeing since his visit. Hope things hold up.
